It’s a hot summer day where I am, already over 100 degrees. I am so thankful for airconditioning today and every hot day.
Summer made me think of you and your dad. Unlike other moms and dads I always liked summer time, we had a good time doing crafts, reading books, and just hanging out with each other.
Your dad liked summer also. He was always coming up with something new to play. He liked having the extra time to play video games, but he liked being outside running around with his friends.
I sort of missed the school year though. I was at the school with the kids almost every day volunteering and going on field trips with your dad and his friends. I always got to take your dad and his friends on the field trips because the other moms didn’t like them, they were too rambunctious for them to handle. They were good fun boys, I liked them all.
I found some of the pictures I took of you as a baby the other day. I found some of your dad and his siblings also I will go back through my posts and put some of those pics on there.
