Remember I told you that your dad used to collect treasures when he went to visit his grandma? Well when he went to visit his aunt Jodi he loved playing with the snails. He would spend hours collecting snails and building little places for the snails to live and just watching them.
The hardest part of his snail collecting was leaving the snails behind when we left aunt Jodi’s. He never could understand why he couldn’t take them with him. I just told him that like aunt Jodi we leave them behind and they wait for us until we go visit again.
