I sure miss you. I think about you every day. I haven’t been able to see you since you were 5 months old, so long ago.
You were such a cute baby. The first day you got to come over to see us you smiled and cooed all night long. I think we all knew that our time together was short and you certainly made every moment of our time together special.
I made our moments special by holding you and talking to you all night long. We would talk, sing, and laugh together. I will never forget you learning to laugh with me and Aunt Alyssa sitting out on my back porch. We sat out there laughing for hours, I wish I knew that would be the last time I saw you. I didn’t record it.
You loved to watch the videos on YouTube even at that age you were singing and dancing to them. You did, grandpa got a video of you, I will have to have him send it to me so I can post it on here for you to see.
We had a special connection connection and love between us. I would see you if it was possible, I would be there for you, it isn’t my choice baby boy.
I have seen pictures of you, you have my dimples and my eyes, you can certainly tell you are my grandchild. I think you look more like me than your father does.
